Ok so I am behind in posting music. My bad bro.
I feel like you would find this song in a 1999 Sarah Michelle Gellar teen rom-com break up scene. Does that make sense? Probably not. Whatever. The point is that it’s catchy, memorable and sassy.
I don’t know if it’s just me or not but when I hear a man and a woman sing together I tend to be extra judgmental and worry that it will be too Celine Deon-y. This band from Denver has a clean and smooth vocal combination that of an updated Nickel Creek meets The Civil Wars, add the Avett Brothers rustic feel and wal-lah, you have yourself some pretty good shit. Also I am sucker for different instruments. Hello hottie with the mandolin. Check em out.
